With 1.2 per mille – Linzer alcoholism threatened to “tear” police officers

Date:

On Sunday morning, a drunken man from Linz attacked a traffic stop. He bullied the police officers and threatened to “tear them up”.

On the tip of a driver, a police patrol had stopped the apparently drunk driver in Piberbach, the alcohol test indicated 1.2 per mille. During the check, the 57-year-old tried to snatch his papers and the measurement log from the hands of a police officer. Even repeated warnings failed to appease the angry cursing Linzer.

Threatened the officials
The man not only resisted the arrest, but also loudly threatened the officers with “tearing them to pieces”. Only after the police inspection did the man from Linz calm down and show understanding. Nevertheless, an advertisement has been started and the driver’s license has been temporarily withheld.
