Date:

The “shaky” Tennengau cyclist was noticed by the police in Hallein on Saturday evening. The man had to leave his bicycle behind. A young Afghan has also lost his test driver’s license. He drove at a speed of 200 km/h and had a blood alcohol level of 1.42.

The Halleiner (56) was very shaky and unsafe on his bike in the district capital of Tennengau. The cyclist initially refused the alcohol test. In the end, however, the alcohol test performed resulted in a blood alcohol level of 3.04! The 56-year-old was banned from driving. He was reported.

The trial license is gone
In the early morning hours of Sunday, the police spotted a motorist on Wolfgangseestraße (B158). The 22-year-old Afghan drove 200 km/h against the permitted 100 km/h. An alcohol test performed showed 1.42 per thousand. The driver was also a test driver whose probationary period had already been extended.

Since the Afghan did not have his driver’s license with him, it could not be taken from him. Further travel was prohibited. The 22-year-old has filed a complaint with the district administration. In addition, a report is made to the Public Prosecution Service for endangering physical safety.
