A 41-year-old man from Somalia is said to have brutally attacked his old opponent (39) for a restaurant with a carpet knife in Vienna-Fünfhaus. The crime took place in the middle of the open street – the victim survived seriously injured.
The trigger for the bloody drama: an apparently smoldering argument between the two men. According to police spokesperson, Markus Dittrich, the alleged perpetrator is said to have suddenly drawn a carpet knife and his victim started.
Looking for help
Deep cuts on the face, neck and upper body-the 39-year-old could only save himself with the last force in the restaurant on Schweglerstrasse, where he flows for help.
Officials left immediately and arrested the suspect on the spot. The professional rescue of Vienna gave first aid, stabilized the victim and brought it into the shock space of a hospital. A consultation was not yet possible.
