Johan Helberg probably did not expect that: a container ship collapsed in his garden in the morning while he was still in bed. The ship somewhat missed Helberg’s house in Norway. It is still unclear why the ship ended up in the garden.
In a fjord in Norway, the 135 -meter -long container ship “NCL Salten” Aground ran and almost caught Helberg’s house on the Trondheimfjord. A few meters away this was calm in bed and was only woken up by an excited neighbor.
The neighbor Jostein Jörgensen was shocked by the noise of a ship at 5:00 am, which “at full speed” raced in the ownership of his neighbor, as Jörgensen reported on TV2. He immediately ran to his neighbor and called several times. Helberg did not respond. He “doesn’t like to open the door so early,” said Helberg. Only when the phone was that he heard of the almost disaster in front of his door.

“We woke up when the neighbor called aloud. He said, Did you see the ship? ” Helberg told the Omroep NRK. “It was completely absurd. A few hours later, the container ship still remained right next to the wooden house. Helberg joked a “very form of new neighbor”, which will hopefully disappear soon. The crew of the container ship also got away slightly: none of the 16 crew members were injured. The Norwegian police have started investigating the incident.
