Shocking scenes took place on Friday evening in a skaterpark in Vienna-Floridsdorf: Around 9 p.m. at least two young people followed a man one whose firearm attracted. Several shots fell during the dramatic yacht through the park. The police confirmed the incident on Saturday afternoon.
“Nothing happened because there were no injuries. But the reason is of course concerned,” said police spokesman Markus Dittrich.
On the crime scene, not far from Floridsdorf’s train station, projectiles were secured from a shock gun. The Criminal Police Office van Vienna has now taken over the investigation, Dittrich said.
The police moved with a large contingent
Because of the shots, various eyewitnesses had informed the police, who moved with a large contingent – including emergency services of Wega. According to the reader’s reporter, “Allahu Akbar” calls were also heard during the shots. When the officials arrived, there was no trace of the suspects. An initiated direct investigation around the Floridsdorf station was not successful.
“Given the video, there will be a focus campaign during the weekend,” Dittrich announced a response from the police to the Wilde Scenes. Such a hustle and bustle is to “stop and prevent”.
