At the end of April a 16-year-old grazer was robbed of Glacisstrasse. The police have now arrested three young people, 16 and 14 years old.
On April 23 at 10:45 am the police were called to Grazer Glacisstrasse: A 16-year-old became wounded, drunk and found near a restaurant on the ground. He said that at 10.30 am. He was attacked and robbed by several unknown men. They kicked the young man until he lost consciousness, the 16-year-old said. “When he returned, the perpetrators and the stolen wallet had already fled,” the police reported at the time. According to the victim, the perpetrators were men of Arab descent.
Now, more than a month later, the police were able to investigate three young suspects. The predatory group identified two 16-year-old Syrians and a 14-year-old Afghan. In the past, the elderly had noticed for similar violations.
Arrested at home
The police and the fast intervention group (SIG) arrested the boys at their hometown on 1 June. They were partially known and were transferred to the Jakomini prison.
