A 32-year-old man was sentenced to six months in prison before a Vienna court on Tuesday for allowing a 14-year-old to perform sexual acts on him. At the same time, the previously impeccable man, who had been detained for four months, was released. The conviction and release of child sexual abusers are final.
In the autumn, however, the man is shown a new procedure. In addition to the 14-year-old, he met two other girls in his one-room apartment and offered them money for sex. However, one of them was only 13 and therefore still a minor. Adults are prohibited from having sexual contact with children under the age of 14, even if they have given permission for the child. The 32-year-old claims the 13-year-old didn’t tell him her real age: “She said she’s 15.”
Meet via online platform
The man had met the 14-year-old through an online platform. Through her he came into contact with a 13-year-old and a 15-year-old. All three come from difficult family backgrounds and were housed in shared apartments. Time and again they tore out and were reported missing. The suspect claimed that he initially wanted to help them and give them food and a place to sleep.
Was satisfied for a fee
Finally, he came up with the idea of letting the girls satisfy him for a fee. “But the first offer came from them,” he claimed. “He knows how stupid that was,” the defense attorney said. However, his client never used violence and always went on to agree with the girls: “He is definitely not an angel.”
