There were dramatic scenes in Bramberg (Salzburg) on ​​Tuesday. Two German paragliders (45, 35) fell with their umbrellas in the Salzach and were demolished hundreds of meters. Colleagues hurried to help the athletes.

The two pilots were part of a 15-person training group. Due to strong windflows, the two of the route came with their sliding parasols, eventually went into the Salzach and drove several hundred meters. Other refugees were able to save the two of the water.

An athlete suffered a strong hypothermia and was flown by the rescue helicopter to St. Johann in Tyrol. The second athlete also rose to an indefinite degree of injuries.
