After a judgment in Carinthia – Barracks Murder: Case goes to the Supreme Court

Date:

Last Wednesday, on June 4, a 20-year-old Carinthian was convicted of murder. Last year he killed a comrade with a service gun of the federal army. His defender has now appealed. Next instance!

As reported, the 20-year-old who shot a comrade (21) in the Spittaler Türk-Barracks, was convicted, as reported. Although the motive and crime remained in the dark, it was unanimously a murder for the jury.

“The defense disputes this guilty judgment and has registered both the nullity and the criminal report,” confirms Gernot Kugi as spokesperson for the State Court or Klagenfurt at the request of “Krone”.

The action therefore runs to the Supreme Court.
