A horrific case of sexual abuse is said to have taken place in Vorarlberg. The victim is a mentally retarded woman. She was allegedly raped by five Afghans.
As confirmed by the prosecutor’s office in Feldkirch, five men have already been arrested. Four of them are in custody, the fifth will be decided on Wednesday whether they will be remanded in custody. As the public prosecutor also confirms, the alleged perpetrators are Afghan citizens.

The investigations were started on suspicion of sexual abuse of a defenseless or mentally handicapped person. The Public Prosecution Service would not say when and where the crime should have taken place. However, it is possible that the crime took place in February.
