The Vinzenz parish in Graz is not far from the Dreierschützengasse High School. Father Bernhard Pesendorfer, who followed the legendary poor Pastor Wolfgang Pucher two years ago, is confronted with a lot of personal care. He talks about what gives him courage, why the church has always remained open, there is no answer for some things and also burns a candle for the perpetrator.
“Krone”: Mr. Pesendorfer has passed a little more than a week since the murder storage: what gave them the most courage?
Bernhard Pesendorfer: Courage gives coherence. The feedback from many people gave me a lot of strength, such as e -mails from students, including from other schools that say when I can help, please tell me. That was reassuring. The comfort is relative nowadays.
