A tragic accident at work took place on Tuesday evening around 6 p.m. In the Karintic community of Bleiburg. Three people were busy with the cherry harvest when the tractor suddenly tipped.
A 64-year-old farmer and two women aged 31 and 66 were busy picking the cherries on Tuesday. They received the fruits with a tractor on which a grid mand was attached.

The two women stood there to pick the cherries at an altitude of approximately four meters. In the meantime, the man served the basket out of the tractor cabin. “Due to a sudden strong gust of wind, the tractor and the basket fell. Both women poured on the floor and were injured,” the police said.
The 64-year-old man was also injured. The 66 -year -old woman had to be admitted to the UKH because of her injuries with the rescue helicopter C11. The other participants were also provided by the salvation and thus taken to the UKH.
