Court under urban parliamentary factions session for mass portations
He had caused a sensation in the past – also in Germany. In fact, he was supposed to speak in the town hall during a public parliamentary group meeting on the subject of “remigration” – but that was prevented by the resolutions of the court.

Counterprotest: human chain in the town hall
The “Chemnitz Connects” The Alliance campaign also organized a controtest in the city in the state of Saxony. According to the police and the authority, around 500 people participated. They formed a human chain around the town hall.

Speech in the town hall blocked
The Saxon Higher Administrative Court has decided that the Chemnitz City Council of the Pro Chemnitz/Freie Saksen city council does not have to provide town hall spaces for a public session with Sellner.

The city had withdrawn an already promised space booking after it became known that the Austrian should participate in the event. The parliamentary application against this decision was rejected by the Administrative Court of Chemnitz and the higher administrative court.

Richter: No racist content in the town hall
The courts justified their decisions by the fact that the subject of “remigration” – meant that Mamenendartuits – did not fall in the field of responsibility of the Chemnitz city council. Moreover, it should be expected that extremist and racist content would be distributed – a clear violation of the user regulations for urban areas. The decision of the higher administrative court is unthinkable.

60 pendants at Sellner
According to the city council, the free Saxony has registered a meeting in the town hall. According to the police, around 60 people participated in this late afternoon. Sellner spoke with them.
