Seven arrests in Austria
A total of seven people have been arrested in Austria. This quartet was sent to Korneuburg prison by order of the public prosecutor. So far, the statements have been denied.

Another suspect was arrested in Deutsch-Wagram (district Gänserndorf) on Wednesday afternoon. The man was arrested by the Cobra task force when he attempted to pass on six kilograms of methamphetamine. Subsequently, searches were carried out in Vienna, Hainburg and Grossengersdorf (Mistelbach district). According to Stefan Pfandler, head of the State Criminal Investigation Department of Lower Austria, the handcuffs clicked for two other people.

The investigation started in March. In addition to the State Police Service of Lower Austria, which is responsible for investigating drug-related crime, the National Criminal Investigation Service of Slovakia (NAKA) and the National Investigative Service of the Hungarian Police Authorities (NNI) were in charge.
