During an overnight visit to his 54-year-old aunt at an apartment in Klagenfurt from Wednesday to Thursday, a 34-year-old was so well known to the office coke that she wanted to kick him out. Then he started.
The nephew drew his gas pistol, held it to his aunt’s temple, and threatened to kill her if she talked to the police about it. When he finally left the apartment shortly after 2 a.m., the woman’s 17-year-old son immediately called the police. During the search, the 35-year-old was found at his mother’s address.
“We have asked the Cobra task force for access,” the police said. “They opened the apartment and were able to pick up the man in the bedroom and temporarily arrest him.” The alleged murder weapon, a black gas pistol loaded with metal balls, was found under the pillow. After the events were described, the Klagenfurt Public Prosecutor’s Office imposed remand and the 34-year-old was transferred to Klagenfurt Prison.
