The unemployment rate in the Basque Country fell to 8.5% in the second quarter of this year, 0.6 percentage point less than in the previous quarter, representing a 6,000 fewer unemployed that end of March.
This was announced by the Basque Institute of Statistics-Eustat in its population survey in relation to activity corresponding to the period between April and June.
