When a friend (17) of his daughter was brought home, a 58-year-old in the Mühlviertel in Upper Austria is said to have become violent. The case came before a judge in Linz on Monday.
It would be consensual sex, a 58-year-old man claimed Monday before the regional court in Linz, where he had to answer for rape. Because the 17-year-old girl with whom he ‘kiss’ in the car with her permission in mid-November of the previous year, says she was raped.
Upon returning home
The attack happened when she was taken home after meeting her boyfriend. Their father took over this task and then abused them in the car in Alberndorf in der Riedmark by touching them very aggressively.
The trial was adjourned to November 21. The court had ruled that the hearing of another witness was necessary.
