In Austria, 12,946 new corona infections have been reported in the past 24 hours (from Tuesday 9.30 am). There are currently 2773 patients in the normal wards of the hospitals. Of these, 224 are in intensive care.
So far there are 3,912,606 positive test results in Austria. As of today (April 5, 9.30am), 16,061 people with SARS-CoV-2 infection have died and 3,643,590 have recovered across Austria. There are currently 2,997 people infected with the corona virus in hospital.
