Tragedy in Pischelsdorf am Engelbach in the Innviertel (Upper Austria): A local electrician (41) died on a construction site from a height of only three meters.
The accident happened in the village of Perleiten in Pischelsdorf. The electrician was there working on a construction site on Tuesday afternoon when he fell.
Died on the spot
The rescuers were unable to do anything for him on the spot, he died on the spot. They could only determine death. It is still unclear whether the Innviertler received an electric shock or lost its balance and fell.
To clarify the cause of death, the public prosecutor in Wels ordered an autopsy on the body.
