Laura Sachslehner had so escalated a coalition dispute over the climate bonus for asylum seekers on Friday that she was called off by club boss August Wöginger. She eventually resigned on Saturday. Former co-secretary general Alexander Proell, son of former party leader and vice chancellor Josef Proell, is now taking over on an interim basis.
