Applicants can prepare their pitch with the “How To Pitch” guide and the “Apply Else” video presentation. On 18-10 A coaching team then takes care of the final touches so that everyone is well prepared for the job interview and Doria Pfob also has a tip ready:
“Anyone who doesn’t just want a job, but their absolute dream job, should leave nothing to chance. The resume is the ticket to every job interview. Key skills, education or experience for the desired position should be clearly stated. I also encourage applicants to think about how they want to be involved in the new company and to unambiguously express their enthusiasm for a company to show potential employers how enthusiastic they are about their work.”
