160 suspensions of students were given due to serious incidents. “We also saw ourselves confronted with bombing and chasing threats,” adds education director Gappmaier. He is happy with the federal initiative, according to which considerably more school psychologists should be stopped by the school year 2026/27.

In the past school year, however, not only questionable developments could be observed. State Councilor Hagele and the education director also report satisfactory skills. The legal remedy must be introduced by the self-authorized student or by legal guardians in writing within five days at the school (not by e-mail). In the case of an oral information about the decision on non -Eentry -Level, the opposition period starts the day after announcement, with the written copy with the delivery.

What is it then? “School management must immediately forward the objection with the involvement of the education position (reasons and evidence for negative assessment in one subject: test, dictations, presentations, archives of employees, oral exams, early warnings, school work, etc.) immediately to the school authority,” informs Angassen. If the objection is granted, the student receives a new annual certificate and can rise.

If the authority does not offer sufficient documents for a correct or incorrect performance assessment by the teacher, he can interrupt the assessment procedure and also set a committee for clarification.
