The old access road will disappear on December 31
The Tax and Customs Administration is one of the organizations that has adapted to the current situation and has moved most procedures to the Internet. Citizens have an electronic headquarters to perform various actions from home, such as submitting an income statement or paying a debt. A more comfortable procedure that has accelerated many procedures, such as the notification of notices and communications by the Treasury to taxpayers.
One way to view notifications and communications is to access the Enabled Electronic Address (DEH). However, the Tax and Customs Administration has warned that this portal will disappear on December 31. From that date, notices from issuers belonging to the state will be made available to the interested party through the single Authorized Electronic Address (DEHú). This new service is already available to users and both services will be maintained simultaneously until December 31 to send notifications and communications to facilitate adaptation to the new system. In addition, it is important that you are alert to these messages, because not checking your inbox can lead to a fine.
From 2023 you have two access roads:
– Via the already activated electronic counter of the Tax and Customs Administration via the following route: ‘All procedures’ > ‘Other services’ > ‘Notifications’ > ‘Consult notifications and announcements’. To enter you must attach your ID or access to your electronic certificate.
– Via the unique authorized electronic address: dehu.redsara.es. After pressing ‘Entrance’ you will need to enter with your electronic certificate, permanent Cl@ve or a temporary pin code that is valid for 24 hours.
Faced with the fragmentation of electronic offices and ways to make them available, the DEHú allows interested parties, both natural and legal persons, to access their notices and communications at the same point. From here they can:
– Access the notifications waiting to appear and perform the appearance process.
– Consult the notifications that have already appeared, as well as the documents and attachments thereto, and the acknowledgments of receipt resulting from the acceptance or rejection of the appearance.
– Read the communications of the Publishing Organizations for the first time and view the communications already read.
– Register in the ‘My contact details’ system to receive notifications of new shipments by e-mail.
– Register from the front as a great recipient.
