The Salzburg company Palfinger is now looking for a new board member. Martin Zehnder does not renew his mandate after 15 years, but resigns with immediate effect.
Martin Zehnder will not renew his directorship as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at listed crane manufacturer Palfinger and will leave the company by mutual agreement with immediate effect, Palfinger announced in writing on Tuesday. No one is currently responsible for their agendas, they are watching. “The process will now begin,” it sounds on request.
After intensive consultation with the Supervisory Board, Zehnder has decided to make the mandate available immediately. He served on Palfinger’s board of directors for 15 years and as COO was responsible for research and development, manufacturing, procurement and the supply chain.
