What does it take to be a good training company? Do I have the right employees? Are you addressing potential candidates in the right way? These are all questions that a company from Linz wants to answer. talents&company GmbH wants to help companies with their internal work with young people.
“The number of registrations is falling. The quality drops. There are fewer and fewer people who stay in the company after their training.” Mario Derntl summarizes the pain that more and more companies are experiencing when it comes to students in three sentences: Jobs remain empty, the gap in skilled workers is widening.
This is exactly where the 32-year-old from Naarn wants to start: Together with Fabian Dopler from Linz, he founded talent&company GmbH, with which they have fully committed themselves to improving education. Checks are offered to companies to assess where there is still room for improvement.
The students are then questioned digitally and anonymously. The young people, who are apparently not being heard enough at the moment, will soon be allowed to give figures. Your answers should help improve the offer in the companies. “Ultimately, every company needs to ask itself, ‘Do I have the right trainers?'” says Dopler.
