The 100 million euro construction site in Pinsdorf (Upper Austria) is said to have been the reason for the bankruptcy of heating manufacturer Windhager. It is now clear: the company set up for this purpose will close and the building will be sold.
The trustees of the Salzburg heating manufacturer Windhager have made an important decision in the battle for the restructuring of the company. On Wednesday it was announced that Windhager Logistik GmbH would be closed. No renovation is planned either. The company is officially located in Seekirchen, but behind it is the heat pump system that would be built in Pinsdorf.
The Credit Protection Association 1870 also outlined the future plans for the Pinsdorf factory: The assets of Windhager Logistik GmbH are to be utilized in the best possible way. This means: a buyer is being sought for the location!
