25 students are trained at the Mondi factory in Carinthia. The Carinthian paper mill in Frantschach-St. Gertraud is considered one of the largest training companies for young people in the entire Lavant Valley. The paper technician training course is particularly popular. The “Krone” looked at the facility.
At Mondi in Frantschach-St. historic milestones were achieved. Gertraud has already laid many. For example, when the pulp factory was founded 143 years ago or with the arrival of the first paper machine 130 years ago. Pulp and kraft paper for sustainable packaging is still produced there. The Mondi Group operates worldwide and employs 22,000 people at 100 locations in 30 countries.
