The electrical installation company Zanolin van Rum is bankrupt. A renovation process must be opened to the regional court of Innsbruck through the company with 22 employees, and it is currently being investigated.

The founder of the company has submitted the application personally to the regional court to open a renovation procedure without self -administrator, now the Insolvency Court is investigating or all the conditions for opening a procedure has been met. The Credit Protection Association of 1870 explained in a broadcast on Tuesday.

Difficulties due to orders and delays
According to the KSV1870, there is still no reliable information about how it can be broken. However, according to the application for bankruptcy application, there were problems setting up a large order. A very large customer is currently not paying and claims claims. In addition, the Corona APANDEMIA has repeatedly caused project delays, which in turn led to costs -intensive liquidity bottlenecks.

Debt of EUR 3.7 million
The founder of the company takes obligations of around 3.7 million euros. Much of it develops on banks. The KSV1870 explained whether a mass management can continue to do so without further damage to the creditors. The entry of an investor is planned.

Creditors can already claim their claims to the company via the KSV1870.
