During the coming meeting of the Linz City Senate next Thursday, the dissolution of two lease contracts will be on the agenda. The Catering Center Cubus, activities of Jenner Gastro GmbH & Co KG, and the Oberwirt, which was recently managed by Oberwirt GmbH & Co KG, are hit.
The basis for both decisions are persistent payment residues despite repeated memories and intensive discussions from the city of Linz. It can therefore be assumed that the Senate of the City will be in accordance with the resolution.
“Loss of no notification” necessary step “
SP City Chief Dietmar Prammer explains: “As a city, we are faced with our responsibility to manage public resources and property fairly and economically. Despite several dialogue offers and the absorption of our role, there have been no feasible solutions. The termination of the two lease contracts without notification is therefore a necessity of all legal handling.”
If the affected objects are immediately and correctly transferred, the city of Linz can immediately advertise in the areas for RE -Lease.
