The higher Austrian wooden construction company Daxbox GmbH located in Timelkam has registered a bankruptcy. The procedure was opened on Tuesday at the Wels Regional Court. 24 employees and around 60 creditors are affected.
The Protection Association of CreditRorm creditor is compared with obligations of around 5.5 million euros of slightly less than EUR 2.3 million. The company will be continued for the time being, but a renovation is not planned.
Building misers and standard values as reasons
The company was founded in 2019 and is about the production and trade of wooden modules and wooden modules. In particular, multifunctional building systems were developed, manufactured and distributed by modular production. The poor economic situation in the construction and real estate sector and standard values for payment and shifts in various large projects – mainly the shift in a large -scale project of a public sector in Styria – would have led to bankruptcy.
