The Line of Duty star will give an update when his character returns for the seventh series

The Line of Duty star, who was revealed as “H” at the end of the latest series, has fans laughing at the prospect of a seventh series comeback.

Fans of the show have been eagerly awaiting confirmation that there will be another popular BBC drama, with many of the show’s main stars hoping for it.

Speaking to Radio Times, actor Nigel Boyle, who played Ian Buckles, said he was hinting at the bosses who would bring his character back.

“I said, ‘What’s the official line?'” ” [producer Simon Heath] He said, “Well, not one.”

“So I said, I’ll tell you the official line. The buckles will work, right? Well, AC12 will go in. It will be broken. Organized criminal groups will be exposed. We are fine.” And he just smiled.

Star Adrian Dunbar, who plays Ted Hastings on the series, makes no secret of his desire to return to the show for another series, Birmingham Live reports.

And in an earlier conversation he said, “We have to do another series. We have to go in and say, ‘Look, we have to do something we didn’t do when we were locked up.'”

“We have to make one where we’re down to earth, we’re there, we’re in town, having fun.” You know, this is a great city for fun, Belfast. So we really want to go back and do it again.”

Martin Compton, who plays D. Steve Arnott, has admitted he wants to return to the show, but no decision has yet been made.

“When the Jedi sees the story, we’ll all be in the game. I think we’d be sad if we thought that was the last time we worked together, so we have an appetite there.”

“But in terms of where we are, there’s nothing different than we usually are – it usually takes a year and then the Jedi. [Mercurio] Call and say, look guys, I have this story and then let’s go. But I can’t tell you if I’m going to make this call. But you know, we’ll find out.”
