The broadcast of TVE scored a viewer share of 45.7% and an average of 2,622,000 viewers
The rebroadcast of the National Day parade on October 12 swept through the public. It achieved a viewership share of 45.7% and an average of 2,622,000 million viewers, the highest figure since 2009. Back then, Hispanic Heritage Day events scored an outstanding 45.8% share, just one-tenth more than in 2022.
About 4,468,000 viewers, equivalent to 10% of the Spanish population, at one point tuned in to La 1 to follow the events of October 12. The program was the most watched this Wednesday and put La 1 in charge for the morning.
The program was presented by Xabier Fortes, Yolanda and Alejandro Riego, along with Ángela Berjillos, commander of the army. The second most watched program of the day and leading the prime time was ‘Joaquín, el novato’; the new program of Joaquín Sánchez, a Betis footballer, who broadcast its second episode yesterday with Lolita Flores as a guest.
