The decision of the professional juries of the second edition of the Alfonso Décimo de la Cultura Awards is already known, in the twelve artistic disciplines, in addition to the Honor Award, which on this occasion distinguishes one of the most versatile creators, Vicente Martínez Gadea . These awards, promoted by José Manuel Jiménez Romera, and with the support and sponsorship of institutions and entities in the Region of Murcia, will be presented this Friday, February 17 at the Murcia Regional Auditorium, at a gala hosted by actor Enrique Martinez.
This Friday, at the Cajamurcia Foundation’s Las Claras Cultural Center, the list of winners was announced as follows:
-Alfonso Decimo Award for Architecture Alfonso Decimo for Architecture 2022: the architect
Marcos Ross Sempere, for the promotion of the new European Bauhaus and the event of the same name on November 25 at the Official College of Architects of Murcia. Jury: María José Peñalver, Dean of the College of Architects of the Region of Murcia. The jury is completed by the General Board of the said Professional College.
-Alfonso Tenth Prize for Painting and Sculpture:
Nico Munuera, for his exhibition Fanum Naturae, at the North American gallery Maus Contemporary. Jury: Juan Francisco Rueda (President), Pedro Medina and Ana García Alarcón.
-Alfonso Tenth Prize for Pop-Rock Music:
long live Sweden, for his album ‘El amor de la clase que sea’. Jury: Ricardo Ruipérez (chairman), Jam Albarracín and Alondra Bentley.
-Alfonso tenth prize for other music:
Alice Morote, for the composition of the soundtrack for the movie ‘Emilia’, directed by Miguel Ángel Calvo Buttini. Jury: Miguel Ángel Centenero (chairman), Eugenio González and Alberto Frutos.
-Alfonso Tenth Prize for Literature:
Cristina Morano, for his novel ‘The Brides’. Jury: Lola López Mondéjar (President), Miguel Ángel Hernández and Marisa López Soria.
-Alfonso Tenth Dance Prize:
Lucia Campillo, for ‘A Lucero’. Jury: Eva López Crevillén (President), Margarita Muñoz Zielinski and Vicenta Hellín.
-Alfonso Tenth Theater Prize:
Luisa Soriano, for ‘The Crumbling of Tenderness’. Jury: Paco Azorín (President), Juan Pablo Soler and Manuel Madrid.
-Alfonso Tenth Film Prize:
Rose Hervas, for ‘The hidden secret of Aljufía’. Jury: Joaquín Cánovas (chairman), Ángel Cruz and Isabel Durante.
-Alfonso Tenth Prize for New Media Art:
Tobal Sanchez, for the third edition of Mu-aunts. Festival of Artistic Experiments. Jury: Tatiana Abellan. Together with Fito Conesa and Sergio Porlan.
—Alfonso Tenth Prize for Illustration:
Ana Galvan, for the poster for the exhibition Cómic. Dreams and history, from CaixaForum. Jury: Ilu Ros (chairman), José David Morales and Juan Álvarez.
-Alfonso Tenth Fashion Award:
Andres Gallardo (by Andrés Gallardo and Marina Casal), for Thorned Custom Necklace, from their Thorned collection. Jury: Paula del Vas (President), Vanesa Hernández and Constanza Mas.
-Alfonso Tenth Heritage Prize:
Pablo Carbonell Alonso, from the studio Ecoproyecta, for the project for the study, restoration, rehabilitation and socialization of the Pozos de la Nieve de Sierra Espuña (well numbers 11 and 13). Jury: José Miguel Noguera (President), Elena Ruiz Valderas and Concepción de la Peña.
-Honorary Award for an entire professional career: the architect, graphic designer and painter
