The mayor of the Ukrainian capital Kiev, Vitali Klitschko, accuses US President Donald Trump to end the Ukraine war on the deadline.
Although he is happy with the wave of support from the United States on the other hand, he does not understand the reason to give Kremlin Chief Vladimir Putin 50 days, Klitschko complained in the Ard talk show “Maischberger”.
In 50 days, many more people could be killed in the capital and in all of Ukraine, many more buildings could be damaged, Klitschko explained: “That’s why: why such a delay?” He thinks Trump still hopes that Putin will stop the war, Klitschko has tried to answer his question. However, he does not assume because Putin only understands strength.

Trump had set a deadline on Monday during a meeting with NATO Secretary -General Mark Rutte in the White House. If there was no deal in the efforts to end the Russian war against Ukraine within 50 days, the United States would increase high rates against the Russian trading partner. Rutte and Trump confirmed arms deliveries for Ukraine.
Klitschko: attacks have become much more intense lately
“The attacks have become much more intense lately,” Klitschko warned. Many citizens constantly die, including children, as Kiev said. Ukraine needs modern weapons and also the Patriot Air Defense System – otherwise the country cannot be defended.
