The Congregation of the Oblate Sisters of the Most Holy Redeemer will premiere this Friday at 5:30 pm in Centrofama Cinemas in Murcia, the film ‘If all doors are closed’. Antonio Cuadri directs this film based on true events that tells about the realities of human trafficking for sexual exploitation. Alexandra Ansidei, Ruth Gabriel, Pastora Vega, Roberto Álvarez, Carlos Iglesias, Paula Iglesias, Toyemi, Jesús Garrido, Gonzalo Trujillo and Daniela Ceñera are some of the actors who are part of the cast of the feature film produced by Ulises Producciones. Three women, seemingly separated in time and space, eventually come together in their process of finding themselves. The three will have to listen to an inner call that requires them to face their fears and be the true protagonists of their lives, opening new avenues of transformation and liberation. One of those women is Antonia María, the first Oblate, whose social project, a century and a half later, continues to develop in Spain and in the world. Antonia María de Oviedo, a young Swiss woman, arrives in Spain in the mid-19th century to work at court as governess to the daughters of Queen Governor María Cristina de Borbón. His life changes radically when he meets Father José María Benito Serra, a Benedictine priest who had been a bishop in Australia.
