‘Mar de todos’ collects 40 votes in defense of the salty lagoon

The volume, which was designed by the poet and writer Cristina Morano and coordinated by Lola Gracia, will be presented this Friday at Los Alcázares

This Friday, June 3, at 8 p.m., Mario Ginés Pérez, Mayor of the Municipality, will present in the plenary hall of the City Council of Los Alcázares, the book ‘Mar de todos’, along with some of its authors. The publication unites 40 voices in defense of the salty lagoon and was designed by the poet and graphic designer Cristina Morano and coordinated by the journalist and cultural manager Lola Gracia.

‘Mar de todos’ features fictional stories set on the Murcian coast by Antonio Parra Sanz, Manuel Moyano, Paco López Mengual, Pablo de Aguilar and Miguel Ángel Hernández.

Memories of a better time are also told, by Marisa López Soria, Lola de la Cruz, Milagros López, Charo Guarino, Pedro García Montalvo, Elías Meana, Alfonsi Armenteros, Aurora Gil Bohórquez, Celia Martínez, Lara Fernández, Rafaelininzá, Pedro Brotinzá Mariano Sanz Navarro, Pedro Diego Gil Lopez and Maria Jose Navarro. Likewise, in ‘Mar de todos’ there is room for verses by well-known local poets such as Alberto Caride, Ángeles Carnacea, Inma Pelegrín, Teresa Vicente and Soren Peñalver.

The work includes indictments and current stories of the Mar Menor told by journalists Alexia Salas (LA VERDAD); Carmen Campos and Lola García, in addition to the views of Manuel Segura, Jesús Pozo, Gabriel Maldonado, Rosa Roda and Débora Palop.

It also includes contributions from people who participated in the process of reaching the ILP, such as Teresa Vicente Giménez, Julia Albaladejo, Paco Ruiz and Isabel Rubio.
