Asensio spoke after being introduced by the leader of the PSE-EE, Eneko Andueza, at a ceremony attended by, among others, the socialist candidate for mayor of Donostia-San Sebastián, Marisol Garmendia, and the deputy of the Spanish government in the CAV, Dennis Itxaso.
