Well, the Spanish state has five days to appeal, and after that the lawsuit will be filed against Usansolo’s detachment.
In the meantime, however, the process of establishing the municipality can continue to move forward. So it is now up to the provincial council of Bizkaia to make a manage commissionthat will perform the functions of town hall until the elections, as Usansolo will not yet be formed as a municipality by the elections of May 2023.
In addition, Usansolo must enroll in the register of local entitiesand it will be necessary to see if the Spanish state accepts it or also appeals.
