The German traffic light coalition wants to legalize cannabis. After a first attempt failed due to EU legislation in the autumn, a new draft law is now being examined, a ‘light version’ of what was originally planned, as it were. In the future, the possession and purchase of 25 grams of cannabis herb or resin for persons over the age of 18 will remain unpunished. However, marijuana and hashish consumers in this country can only dream of impunity.
