Nobody saw the mayor of Traiskirchner, Andreas Babler, coming as SPÖ boss: when Franz Schnabl left after the elections in Lower Austria on January 30. “Andreas Babler, who is now the leader of the federal party, was not even among the favorites for the state party leader.”
Any community, no matter how small, can count elections correctly. “What happened here was unworthy of a party conference,” Frings said. Now everything must be completely clarified: if even one question remains unanswered, it will have a stale aftertaste.
