EH Bildu, Usansolo Herria and Auzoak have signed a legislative agreement in Galdakao, so that Iñigo Hernando Arriandiaga (EH Bildu) will once again become mayor of this Biscayan city.
The three forces that currently make up the municipal government have reached an agreement and during Saturday’s session EH Bildu councilors Usansolo Herria and Auzoak will support Iñigo Hernando.
As reported by the signatories, the agreement goes further and is also a coalition agreement. The three formations will continue the path set in 2019 during the 2023-2027 mandate and Galdakao will have a government “between different and with broad support”.
Of the 21 councilors, nine councilors from EH Bildu, two from Usansolo Herria and two from Auzoak will be part of the municipal council.
