For its part, Sumar would receive 1 deputy, 2 less than United We Can achieved in 2019, and the PP would increase its representation by 1 seat.
PNV, EH Bildu and PSE-EE would be tied for 5 deputies in Euskadi in general elections on 23J according to EITB Focus macro survey, although in some areas final seat would be in dispute between different parties due to slight difference in votes .
In this sense, the jeltzale formation would be the force with the most votes in the Basque Country, with 28% of the vote, although it would lose one representative compared to the one obtained in the previous elections of 2019, dropping 4 points in percentage of votes.
EH Bildu would take second place, add another deputy and receive 24.7% of the vote, representing a growth of almost 6 points.
The PSE-EE would also receive another deputy with a support of 23.1%, compared to 19.3% in 2019.
Sumar, for its part, would have 1 representative with 10.6% of the vote, that is, it would lose 2 seats and lose 5 points in voting intent compared to the results achieved by United We Can four years ago.
Finally, the PP would add another seat, to 2, with 10.3% of the vote.
By territories
In Álava, PSE-EE, EH Bildu and PNV would repeat the 2019 results, with one representative each, while the PP would go from no representation to one seat, and Sumar would lose the United Podemos delegate.
In Bizkaia, the PNV would drop one seat, from 3 to 2, and EH Bildu would drop from 1 to 2. The rest of the formations would retain their current representation: 2 de PSE-EE and 1 Sumar and PP. However, the last seat in the territory could be in dispute between PNV, PP and Sumar.
In Gipuzkoa, EH Bildu and PNV would have 2 deputies each, as before, while the PSE would get another one, maximum 2, and Sumar would not reissue the Unidas Podemos seat. The last representative of the area would be a narrow 400 vote difference between the PSE-EE and Sumar, and 2000 between the Socialist Party and EH Bildu.

2,400 people have been interviewed in the Basque Country to prepare the EITB Focus survey, 800 in each historical area.
The fieldwork was conducted from June 28 to July 11, 2023 through a telephone interview.
