Stelzer’s lawsuit is being filed as a “injunction request” in the Linz Regional Court seeking a retraction by Sellner.

“The allegations that the claimant raped a 15-year-old girl, that he would bring rapists into the country and organize a population exchange will likely cause the claimant damages that can no longer be compensated with money; both politically and personally,” the lawsuit reads.
