Chivite shows his “good attitude” to reach agreements in the next government

Date:

The PSN general secretary confirms that they are gaining the trust of the citizens, while there are people who “legitimize themselves in populism and hatred with lies”.

The Socialist Party of Navarre (PSN) is open to progress with the coalition formula that has retained its Secretary General in the Presidency of the Community of Navarre during the current parliamentary term Maria Chivitesince, in his opinion, it is “a government formula that works”

Here’s what Chivite herself said, one year until the next electionat the opening of the meeting of the Party’s Regional Committee, the highest body between congresses, attended by more than a hundred people, before whom it announced the results of a research commissioned by the PSN on the intention to vote that he attributes to the socialists 13 seats (now they add 11), while it provides 14 for the UPN and 2 for the PP (today both add 20 in NA+).

On the other hand, according to the survey, Geroa Bai would fall from 9 to 7, EH Bildu would rise from 7 to 8 and Podemos with IE would reach 4, while today they have a total of 3.

With all this, Chivite has expressed the work of the government leading it in this legislature with the support from all parties except NA+either through the legislative agreement or with specific agreements in the case of EH Bildu, and is willing to go ahead with agreements because, in his opinion, the citizens have supported its management.

“We are a year away from the elections and the scenario is clear,” he insisted, simplifying Navarra’s next presidency into two options: UPN or PSN

For this reason he defended his, that of “a party that abstracts from noise, false pessimism and gossip to make useful policies It’s clear that citizens want agreements,” Chivite explained.

“My goal is to continue to lead a progressive government, which works on the basis of agreement, moderation and institutional loyalty,” Chivite stressed, stressing that “Navarra advances and the socialists leave their mark on the government” In this sense, he added that it is necessary to continue to “give everything from day to day”, working with proposals and spirit. “Let’s remain a party of dialogue, what the citizens ask of us,” he said in the presence of the secretary of the organization of the PSOE, the Navarrese Santos Cerdán.
