According to the text that will probably be registered at the conference table today, the people who organized the 2014 consultations and the 2017 referendum, as well as those prosecuted for subsequent acts of protest, will be granted amnesty. The amnesty also applies to convicted police officers.

According to the latest draft law accessed by EITB Media, “all acts of political intentionality” of Catalonia since January 1 2013 to the present.
In 19 pages and eight articles, the law specifies what is meant by “political intent” and specifies who is eligible for amnesty. It thus stipulates that the people who participated in the organization, financing or implementation of the 9N consultation from 2014 too referendum of self-determination on October 1, 2017. Participants in the protest actions related, including, among others, the CDR or the members of the Democratic tsunami.
