The National Police officers deployed yesterday Monday at the PSOE headquarters in Ferraz attacked after several fines in which they reported the presence of some 200 “ultra-aesthetic” infiltrators and masked among peaceful demonstrators summoned for the third day in a row against the amnesty law that the PSOE is negotiating with pro-independence parties to invest Pedro Sánchez.
According to police sources, the report of the police intervention shows that this was the case three arrestedtwo for attacking police officers and a third, a woman, disobedience. The officers used smoke canisters (harmless smokers) and, in the latest accusations, also tear gas.
In addition, police seized three wooden sticks, an iron bar and three extendable bars, as well as a shovel. The report also mentions the throwing of objects such as glass bottles at the officers and an attempt to bypass the fence erected by the security forces.
The demonstration, as indicated last night by the government delegation in Madrid, brought together 3,800 people and was supported, among others, by the leader of Vox, Santiago Abascal.
The Interior Ministry led by Fernando Grande-Marlaska has defended the defense “proportionate” performance of the National Police during the demonstration in front of the PSOE headquarters in Ferraz and has denied that political orders were given to the officers.
