A 51-year-old nurse was tried in Graz on charges of sexually harassing two patients in the recovery room of a private clinic. The anesthetist is said to have taken advantage of the young woman’s defenseless condition. The defendant pleaded not guilty. In one case he has now been sentenced – not legally binding – to two years’ partial imprisonment.
