The Provincial Court of Zaragoza this Thursday filed the Brahim Ghali case and acquitted the former foreign minister of the government of Spain, Arancha González Laya, for the entry into Spain of the leader of the Polisario Front in 2021.
Brahim Ghalic Entered Spain on April 18, 2021, without border controls or documentation He landed at Zaragoza Air Base and from there he was transferred to a hospital in Logroño to treat for covid.
González Laya was examined by a possible crime of subterfuge, from cover up and from documentary lies
However, the Zaragoza provincial court has ensured that there is no indication that González Laya knew that the national court had requested that Ghali be located in order to accept his statement as being investigated for a lawsuit filed against him.
