The amendments tabled only by the Junts and the ERC will be discussed again next week.
The presentation of the Justice Committee that is examining the proposal of Amnesty Act incorporated this into the text on Thursday all amendments tabled by the PSOE had registered together with Sumar, ERC and BNG and did so the support of Junts.
According to parliamentary sources, the other amendments to this initiative have been tabled, including the proposals unilateral actions by Junts and ERCthey will be again discussed next Tuesdaywhen the Justice Committee meets in open session to continue processing.
During next Thursday’s meeting, all amendments signed by PSOE, Sumar, ERC, Bildu and BNG have already been approved behind closed doors. Junts, who has its own package of amendments, supported them all, as did Podemos, representing the Mixed Group in the presentation.
Only the PP and Vox voted against and they have taken advantage of this closed-door meeting to emphasize that the rule is unconstitutional, using the report prepared by the two Justice Committee lawyers on the matter.
