The Basque Parliament was dissolved on Tuesday with the publication in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country (BOPV) of the decree calling for regional elections for April 21, signed by the Lehendakari, Iñigo Urkullu.
Therefore, citizens who wish to do so can now request to vote by post, according to the call published in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country.
Voters who decide to vote by post can request the certificate of their registration in the electoral count of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country until April 11.
As reported by Correos, citizens who choose to vote by post must apply for the certificate of registration in the electoral census of the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country, an essential requirement to exercise this right.
The certificate can be requested electronically via the website www.correos.es or in person at any post office in Spain.
Voters can request their vote via the Correos website without having to go to a post office in person, and interested parties must prove their identity through authentication and electronic signature.
